PURPOSE: A semiconductor memory apparatus is provided secure a chip area of a semiconductor memory device by reducing the length of a data input/output line. CONSTITUTION: In a semiconductor memory apparatus, a data selection part(100) interlinks one of first and the second transmission lines to a data pad. A first data processing block(200) is connected to the first transmission line and at least one memory bank. The first data processing block inputs and outputs data. A second data processing block(300) is connected to a second transmission line and at least one memory bank. The second data processing block inputs and outputs data.
