ALUMINATE PHOSPHOR, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND LIGHT-EMITTING ELEMENT

PURPOSE: An aluminate phosphor is provided to improve luminance and performance comparison to existing one. CONSTITUTION: An aluminate phosphor comprises strontium aluminate including activated elements and is sphere shaped by bonding of a plurality of primary particles. When observing by the microscope of 3000 magnification, the aluminate phosphor comprises particles in which grain boundary between primary particles can't be observed. The aluminate phosphor comprises particles of which: BET specific surface is 0.05-1.0m^2/g; sphericity is 1.0-1.8; the degree of surface concavo-convexity is 1.0-1.25; and average particle diameter is 1-50 microns.
