PURPOSE: A device for controlling the reception of a wireless frequency with a device for transceiving an infrared ray signal is provided to perform a computer input with a effective and active infrared ray control at the same time through a relay transmission, delay transmission, a sequential transmission, a program transmission. CONSTITUTION: A computer signal transmitting unit(16) transmits a signal to a computer from a microprocessor(14). The microprocessor receives an infrared signal from an infrared signal receiving unit and a wireless frequency signal from a wireless frequency receiving unit. The microprocessor stores, compares, and determines the received signals. The microprocessor performs each infrared signal and the relay transmission, the delay transmission, the sequential transmission, the program transmission of a computer signal through the infrared signal transmission unit and a computer signal transmission unit.
