PURPOSE: A power supply and control device for a rotor and an aircraft equipped with the same is provided to ensure easy access to the rotating part of a transformer during maintenance because the fixed part of the transformer is surrounded by the rotating part. CONSTITUTION: A power supply and control device(10) for electric facilities(9) of a rotor(5) comprises a rotation field transformer(30) and a control unit(51). The rotation field transformer comprises a fixed part(31) which is electrically connected to an AC(Alternating Current) power generator(20) and a rotating part(32) which is electrically connected to a sequencer(50) arranged in a reference rotating frame. The control unit is located in a reference fixed frame and controls the sequencer and connected through a non-contact connecting unit(200) to the sequencer. The sequencer transmits power to the electric facilities according to the commands of the control unit.
