PURPOSE: A power supply apparatus and a power supply method for a motor bicycle are provided to reduce costs required for installing a charge infrastructure because a motor bicycle is charged with power generated from a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A power supply apparatus for a motor bicycle comprises a rack, a power supply unit(20), and a payment unit(40). The rack is formed in a vehicle. The power supply unit is formed in the rack and supplies power generated from the vehicle to a motor bicycle. A user pays charging costs calculated depending on the charging time of the motor bicycle through the payment unit.
