PURPOSE: A pocket former, having the structure which does not need adhesive, and a post-tension anchorage structure using the same are provided to introduce pocket former of the new structure. CONSTITUTION: A pocket former comprises a pocket former, a fastening nut(20), an anchor, and a sleeve(30). The pocket former is composed of a body(15), a mold joint(12), a mold connecting part, an anchor joint, a sleeve connecting part, and a steel wire through hole. The body has cut-cone shape. The mold joint is formed in the front of the body. The mold connecting part is formed in the front of the mold joint. The anchor joint is behind formed of the body. The sleeve connecting part is behind formed of the anchor joint. The steel wire through hole is formed on the central part from the mold joint to the sleeve connecting part.
