PURPOSE: A sample production device is provided to stably solidity a slag in a case by compressing an upper mold and a lower mold. CONSTITUTION: A sample production device comprises a low die(10), a case(20), and an upper mold(30). The compressed groove is formed in the low die. The case is settled in the compressed groove. The slag puts into inside the case. The upper mold is carried the low die to compress slag in the case.
