PURPOSE: A mold for increasing the strength of a weld line spot is provided to proportionally improve strength by increasing the area of the section shape of a weld line. CONSTITUTION: A mold for increasing the strength of a weld line spot comprises upper and lower molds(100,200) and upper and lower cores(300,400). The upper and lower molds comprise upper and lower receiving spaces(110,210). The upper and lower cores are accepted in the upper and lower receiving spaces of the upper and lower molds. The upper core has an upper cavity, an upper expanding space(311), and a pair of upper gates(320,330). The upper expanding space is integrally formed in one corner of the upper cavity. The upper gates are connected to both surfaces of the upper cavity. The lower core has a lower cavity(410), a lower expanding space(411), and a pair of lower gates(420,430).
