PURPOSE: A processing apparatus of a screw thread for a reinforcing bar and a screw processing method using the same are provided to process screw threads in a short time by supplying and discharging a reinforcing bar in a longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION: A processing apparatus of a screw thread for a reinforcing bar comprises a transfer unit(100), a swaging unit(200), a surface processing unit(300), and a form rolling unit(400). The transfer unit transfers a reinforcing bar to the swaging unit. The swaging unit uniformly forges the outer surface of the transferred reinforcing bar by pressing the outer surface of the ends the reinforcing bar. The surface processing unit processes the ends of the forged reinforcing bar. The form rolling unit forms screw threads on the outer surface of the reinforcing bar.
