<p>PURPOSE: A wind power generating system for boosting an exterior rotary moment is provided to efficiently generate electricity from weak wind without restriction in wind direction or installation location. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generating system for boosting an exterior rotary moment comprises an axle shaft unit(110), a blade unit(120), a flow control unit(130), and a power generating unit(140). The axle shaft unit is located and supported in the center of the wind power generating system. The blade unit comprises one or more blades pieces formed with a wind collecting part. The flow control unit opens and closes a plurality of inflow doors according to the intensity of wind in order to control the amount of wind drawn into the wind power generating system. The power generating unit is located on a line extended from the axis of the axle shaft unit and generates electricity from the torque of the axle shaft unit.</p> |
