PURPOSE: A binding iron rod device is provided to maintain the binding strength of a steel reinforcement bar by using a clip for binding a steel reinforcement bar. CONSTITUTION: A binding iron rod device comprises a case part(2), a receiving part(3), a clip part(4), and an operating part(5). The receiving part is connected to an upper housing guide bar(204) formed in the one side of case part and a lower housing guide bar(205). The clip part interlinks multiple clips in the receiving part. The operating part is installed inside the case part.
