PURPOSE: A solar cell with a cavity resonance structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to implement high power production efficiency by secondly generating power based on the reflected light particles with the cavity resonance structure. CONSTITUTION: A carrier generating layer(108,200) generates electrons and holes based on light particles. A top electrode(204) and a bottom electrode(104) collect electrons and holes generated in the carrier generating layer. A p type semiconductor layer and an n type semiconductor layer are the carrier generating layer which generates the electrons and holes based on light particles. The top electrode and the bottom electrode transmit the collected electrons and holes generated from the carrier generating layer. |
