PURPOSE: A touch sensing device, sensing frequency controlling method thereof, and recording medium recorded with a program are provided to prevent the error of a count value by reducing a sensing frequency at the starting and ending point of a count enable section. CONSTITUTION: A count enable controller(500) outputs a sensing frequency control signal for reducing a sensing frequency. If the count enable section starts, the count enable controller outputs the sensing frequency control signal for enhancing the sensing frequency. The count enable controller outputs the sensing frequency control signal for reducing the sensing frequency. A sensing frequency controller(220) controls the sensing frequency by receiving the sensing frequency controlling signal.
