PURPOSE: A damper is provided to suppress noise by generating a load vibration with a load acceleration decreasing equipment. CONSTITUTION: In a damper, a load acceleration decreasing equipment(24) is installed in an oil chamber(C) and includes a housing(25), a free piston(28), and elastic discs(30,31). A housing is attached to the coupling bolt of a bottom valve and is comprised of a receiving case and a cap. The free piston is inserted into the housing to be variable while defining a variable chamber in both sides. The elastic discs provide elastic resistivity to the change of the free piston.
