PURPOSE: A self radiation night time safety indicator is provided to autonomously produce power using a permanent magnet and a coil and to display a function regardless of the change of weather. CONSTITUTION: A supporting plate(10) is attached to an object or is fixed to the object through a screw. A support shaft(30) is inserted into the supporting plate. A permanent magnet(40) is fixed to the supporting shaft. A bearing(31) is assembled on the supporting shaft. A coil(50) is inserted in the inner side of the first boss(21) of a rotator(20). A first blade is formed into one body with the first boss. A light emitting diode(60) receives a current through a wire(61) which is connected to the coil and is fixed to an arm(22). A sub blade is fixed in a second boss.
