PURPOSE: A battery pack and assembly thereof are provided to maintain the moderate operation temperature of a battery to prevent performance reduction of a battery by using cooling water and/or air, thereby preventing the lifetime reduction of battery. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack(100) comprises: a case including a air vent; a plurality of unit cells(120) capable of charging/discharging; a plurality of heat exchange units(130) capable of installing the unit cells in which the both side of a flow channel pipe includes a coolant inlet and coolant outlet respectively; an inflow manifold(140), which includes a main influx unit inflowing cooling water and connects with the coolant inlet for inflowing cooling water to the heat exchange units; and an outflow manifold(150) connecting with the coolant outlets for outflowing the cooling water outflowed from the coolant outlets to the main outflux unit.
