PURPOSE: An apparatus for inspecting electronic components is provided to inspect rapidly bad products and good products of electronic components by using a small-sized measurement plug and a stepping motor. CONSTITUTION: A transfer unit receives and rotates electronic components and transfers the electronic components to an inspection position. A measurement plug is arranged in front of a wheel so as to inspect the electronic components positioned in the wheel. A calibration unit(30) performs a control for moving the measurement plug to the electronic components or separating the measurement plug from the electronic components. The transfer unit includes a rotating part(27) for rotating the wheel. A discharging unit sorts and discharges the electronic components according to the inspection value measured through the measurement plug. |
