PURPOSE: A battery cooling device is provided to improve the cooling efficiency of a battery by arranging efficiently the tube of battery cooling part and battery cells. CONSTITUTION: A battery cooling device comprises: one or more cooling medium flow channels; a first head tank(210) and a second head tank(220) separately located each other; and a plurality of tubes(230) of which both ends connect to the first head tank and the second head tank respectively. The plurality of tubes are separately located each other to the width direction of the tubes, and have the space between a plurality of the tubes. A battery cell(110) and cooling fins(240) are inserted into the space to contact with the tubes.
