PURPOSE: A digital multimedia encoder of encoding acceleration technology is provided to implement a digital multimedia of high quality through real-time encoding. CONSTITUTION: A streaming server(100) streams encoded data with a 4:2:0 sampling format. An encoder(300) processes SIMD(Single Instruction Multiple Data) through a CPU. The encoder performs bitwise XOR of a vector addition. The encoder performs parallel encoding through a plurality of 8 bit pipelines in a vector operation unit.
