<p>PURPOSE: A liquid injection head forming an image, letter or thin film on a recording medium and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to prevent the deformation of liquid ejection property of a nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A liquid injection head forming an image comprises an actuator substrate(2), a cover plate(3), and a nozzle plate(4). The actuator substrate comprises a plurality of grooves(6), a partition wall(7), and a driving electrode(11). The partition wall each other isolates adjacent grooves. The driving electrode is installed in both sides of the partition wall. The cover plate covers the groove and is welded in the surface of the actuator substrate.</p> |
