<p>The subject of this invention is paint substance or building material having photo-catalytic and self-cleaning effect that is enhanced in comparison with current applications by synergic effect of free radicals arising in the result of spontaneous generating of Griffith cracks localized at interface of phases of the substrates, elements of building systems and protection layers with help of added component. The essence of the invention rests in that at least a part of total amount of particles of that component is, but may not be, at surface or its part furnished with coating of substance from the group of oxides and salts of oxides in nano-crystalline form with photo-catalytic activity also in visible part of sun light spectra. These particles from the group of oxides and salts of oxides in nano-crystalline form with photo-catalytic activity also in visible part of sun light spectra can exist in the component also singly. The particles furnished on their surface with coating of substance from the group of oxides and salts of oxides in nano-crystalline form with photo-catalytic activity can be particles of filler (having plate, fiber or spherical structure) and/or pigment particles.</p> |
