PURPOSE: A cloud computing network system and a file distributing method of the same are provided to distribute and store a file of massive capacitance to cloud members so that the cloud may rapidly download the file from the cloud members. CONSTITUTION: A storage server(120) stores the files which are supposed to be provided to clients(141-143). Cloud members(151-153) provides the files requested by the client, and a main server(110) selects the cloud member to which the file requested by the client is provided, and provides the information on the selected cloud members to the client. The main server receives a data transmission rate from the cloud members, and changes the cloud member to which the requested file is provided according to the data transmission rate. |
