PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a ceramics combined body is provided to prevent the generation of junction failures and cracks due to the thermal shrinkage of a junction layer in a thermal treating process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a ceramics combined body(10) includes the following: A pair of ceramics sintered bodies(20, 30) containing glass silicon is prepared. At least one of the ceramics sintered bodies is formed by a reaction sintering method. Joining slurry is arranged between the joining sides of the ceramics sintered bodies and is dried to form a fine particle layer. The fine particle layer is pressurized, and the ceramic sintered bodies are heated under an inert atmosphere. The glass silicon is introduced into the fine particle layer to form a joining layer(40) containing at least silicon carbide.
