PURPOSE: A product device of C-type steel, which can punch a groove for connecting a frame to C-type steel, is provided to perform a cutting process with the groove punched on a tip of C-type steel by installing a punching unit between a roll forming unit and a cutting unit. CONSTITUTION: A product device of C-type steel comprises a lower die, a RAM, a punch tool and a punching unit. The lower die is located on a C- section shape steel(1). The lower die penetrates the center of an exhaust vent. The RAM is located on the lower die which is separated from the upper part as a fixed distance. The punch tool is installed in the bottom of the RAM. The punching unit is arranged in both sides of the lower die. The punching unit comprises a pressure plate and an interval adjuster. The interval adjuster is composed of a fixture, a lead screw and a working plate. The fixture is projected to one upper end of the lower die.
