PURPOSE: An automatic baking apparatus is provided to reduce a bread making time by making bread by using grains without a flouring process. CONSTITUTION: An automatic baking apparatus comprises a bread container(50), a baking chamber(40), a first driving shaft(14L), and a second driving shaft(14R). In the bottom of the bread container, a manual shaft is formed in order to selectively mount a mixing blade and a crushing blade. The baking chamber is installed within the main body and receives the bread container. The first driving shaft is arranged in the bottom of the baking chamber. The first driving shaft and second driving shaft are driven by a common motor. |
