PURPOSE: A load following apparatus for power generation system of fuel cell is provided to offer the necessary power by power generation system using hydrogen, and load follow by using polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A load follower apparatus for power generation system of fuel cell comprises: external reformer extracting hydrogen by reforming LNG transmitted from the LNG tank(100), and transferring the extracted hydrogen to the hydrogen tank; a hydrogen control part controlling the amount of flowing to a molten carbonate fuel cell(MCFC)(102) and polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)(112); a power control part supplying the generated power of PEMFC to the place in which power is necessary, and controlling power generation capacity as planned by controlling the generation capacity of MCFC stack by stack.
