PURPOSE: A sewing machine with a sequin transfer device is provided to quickly cut and to prevent hangnail. CONSTITUTION: A sewing machine with a sequin transfer device comprises: a cutting device which sews and cuts front sequin from a sequin connector(7); and a contacting member which cuts the sequin by an operated blade and has a pressing member(27) for pushing a material to be sewed by being interlocked to a needle. The cutting device presses the operated blade in a predetermined direction.
