PURPOSE: An antifreeze storage tank in which the heating source is saved, the double lumen evaporator, and the air cooler for cooling or the cooling tower are used. THE cooling and heating are proceed at the same time smoothly. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump system comprises a condenser(2), an antifreeze storage tank(3), a first valve(4a), and a second valve(6a). The condenser heats the water of the thermal storage tank with the refrigerant discharged in compressor. The antifreeze storage tank heats the antifreezing solution with the refrigerant discharged in the condenser. The heating mode is formed through the first valve. In the heating mode, the refrigerant passing the antifreeze storage tank circulates after the first expansion side and evaporator to compressor. The cooling mode is formed through the second valve. In the cooling mode, the refrigerant passing the antifreeze storage tank passes through evaporator after the second expansion side and a chiller(150) basic and it circulates to compressor and chiller cools the water of the ice storage. It is used in the heating mode to defrost while the antifreezing solution of the antifreeze storage tank circulates.
