METHOD FOR PREPARING MAGNETITE NANO-COMPOSITE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing magnetic nano-composite is provided to easily control the size, the uniformity, and the magnetic value of the composite by adjusting the introducing timing and the introducing amount of metal organic acid. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing magnetic nano-composite includes the following: A metallic salt solution and a metal organic acid solution are prepared. A solution containing metal oxide particles is prepared from the metallic salt solution through a co-precipitating method. The metal organic acid solution is reacted with the solution containing metal oxide particles to obtain magnetic nano-clusters. The magnetic nano-clusters are reacted with a compound represented by chemical formula 1 to obtain a magnetic nano-composite cluster. The magnetic nano-composite cluster is reacted with a compound represented by chemical formula 2 to obtain a magnetic nano-composite. In the chemical formula 1, the R1 to R3 are respectively hydrogen or C1 to C6 alkyl groups. The n is the integer of 1 to 6. In the chemical formula 2, the R4 to R7 are respectively are hydrogen or C1 to C6 alkyl groups.
