PURPOSE: An integrated electronic blocking control apparatus and a central control method are provided to efficiently run a train by integrating and managing data which is transmitted by a central control method. CONSTITUTION: A reverse control device(100) monitors the status data of a counter system using a dual system. A waiting system performs automatic switching in the server error of a using system. Each block section speed control by a train tracking logic, an interlink process, and train running safety are monitored. A field output device(200) performs communications by the reverse control device and a ring network. A control command, which is received from the reverse control device, is processed. The status data is transmitted. The field output device monitors the status data of the counter system using the dual system and has the waiting system to perform automatic switching when a failure is generated in the using system.
