PURPOSE: An inner tube is devided from an outer tube and it exposes to the outside of the outer tube. The inner tube is repaired easily the equipment operation. CONSTITUTION: A shell and tube heat exchanger comprise an outer tube(1), a plurality of inner tubes(2), an inflow chamber(5), and a outflow chamber. A fluid inlet(1a) and a fluid outflow nozzle(1b) are installed in the outer tube. In the inner tube is the inside of the outer tube, it is inserted in an upper seat ring(3) and a lower seat ring(3') and it is deposited. The inflow chamber and outflow chamber are deposited in both ends of the outer tube. A refrigerant drain(6) of the outflow chamber and inner tube exposes by the outside of the upper seat ring. The inflow chamber installs on the top of the upper seat ring and an inner tube assembly(8) is composed. It is composed independently of the outer tube and the inner tube assembly is inserted inside the outer tube. |
