PURPOSE: A remote UI data transmission and reception apparatus and method thereof are provided to offer a similar UI to a user in a remote area by controlling the device of the remote area through push UI data. CONSTITUTION: A web browser module(222) displays the UI data of a text type which is transmitted from a remote UI(User interface) server(210). When the UI of an image type is requested, an image processing object(224) receives and displays the UI data of an image type by creating the session of the remote UI server. The web browser module outputs the UI data of the text type by responding a remote UI request and analyzes object information for processing the UI data of the image type in the UI data of the text type.
