PURPOSE: An oscillator of a semiconductor device is provided to compensate the change property of a clock cycle by compensating the increase and decrease of the clock cycle according to temperature change. CONSTITUTION: In an oscillator of a semiconductor device, a temperature sensor selectively activates a high temperature operation signal and a low temperature operation signal. A clock generator(200) comprises a plurality of capacitors(230,250,270) and controls a clock cycle The clock generator controls the number of a capacitor which is turned on and compensates the clock cycle according to temperature change. An activation control part(220) activates the clock generator. An operation control part(210) selectively activates a plurality of capacitors. A plurality of driving parts(240,260) adjusts the clock cycle. |
