PURPOSE: A bulb peeling machine is provided to enable users to easily repair and replace an inner case for storing bulb plants by easily separating from an outer case. CONSTITUTION: A bulb peeling machine comprises the following: an outer case(1) including an internal space; a driving source support plate(3) combined to the center of the outer case to the horizontal direction; a driving source(5) combined with the driving source support plate; a peeling plate including peeling protrusions and perforation units, rotated by the driving source; an inner case(9) located inside the outer case; and a fastening member combining the inner case and the driving source support plate. The fastening member is formed with bolts(17) and nuts(19) fixing the bolts. Plural bulb stirring member(21) is combined with the inner circumference of the inner case.
