The aircraft has a fuselage (2) and an internal structure (4) supporting a bridge (6) extending inside the fuselage forming a floor for a cabin (8). The cabin comprises a seat (28) i.e. retractable seat, receiving passengers and defining a lower space forming a cargo compartment (10) to transport freights. The floor comprises a moving part (14) between lowered position and raised position. The moving part of the floor carries the seat on a side of the cabin. A locking unit allows maintenance of the moving part in the lowered position and on the raised position.
