PURPOSE: A porosity nano-composite fibrous electrode for a super capacitor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase charging capacity by increasing the specific surface area of an electrode. CONSTITUTION: An active layer(20a) is prepared in a current collector(10a). The active layer is formed into polymeric fiber. A nano-structure is prepared in the surface of the polymeric fiber. The nano-structure controls the specific surface area and the conductivity of an electrode(110a). The current collector collects the electronics from the active layer. A nano-wire is included on the surface of the nano-structure.
