PURPOSE: A plasma display panel driving device, a display device including the driving device, and a method for driving a plasma display are provided to use lower initial voltage by applying an initial wave of negative slope to a sustain electrode in an initial section. CONSTITUTION: In a plasma display panel driving device, a display device including the driving device, and a method for driving a plasma display, 0V address voltage is applied to an address electrode in an initial section. A scan voltage is supplied to the scan electrode in the specific section of a ramp-down section. The scan voltage is formed by adding bias voltage to 0V. Reduction voltage of the address voltage is compensated. |
