PURPOSE: A system and a method for impressing a seal in a front surface of a document are provided to perform seal impression over front and next pages in an edge of a front surface of two continuous pages of the document. CONSTITUTION: A document input part(31) receives a document having a plurality of pages. A seal impression location set part(32) decides a seal impression location in an edge of pages contacting each other. A seal division part(33) produces two partial seals by dividing a seal through a straight line of a page edge direction. A seal impression part(34) inserts the partial seals one by one into the impression location of the two pages. When placing the two pages side by side, the partial seals are consistent with one original seal. A document output part(35) outputs the document including the partial seals. |
