PURPOSE: A heat transmitting system for geothermal energy and district heat is provided to utilize heat source of a direct heating system as much as possible. CONSTITUTION: A heat transmitting system for geothermal energy comprises a heating source(10), a heat exchanger(20), an absorption heat pump(30), a cooling tower(40), an underground cool air accumulation device(50), a ceiling radiant panel(60), a heating air conditioner(75) and a cooling air conditioner(80). The heating source produces warm water of 80°C~100°C. The heat exchanger cools the hot water which is heated with the heating source. The absorption heat pump performs the air-conditioning and heating drive using low temperature water which is cooled with the heat exchanger. The cooling tower reduces the temperature of the cooling water circulating the absorption heat pump. The underground cool air accumulation device is installed in the absorption heat pump. The heating air conditioner is connected to a heat exchanger. The heating air conditioner provides low temperature water. The cooling air conditioner is connected to the absorption heat pump.
