<p>PURPOSE: A forensic information automatic extraction system in a portable terminal and method thereof are provided to collect evidence by automatically extracting software information which is installed in the portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: The characteristic information of a portable terminal is confirmed based on information which is included in a forensic server. A video, an SMS(Short Message Service) message, and an MMS(Multimedia Message Service) message of the portable terminal and personal information which is stored in an embedded memory are analyzed. Analyzed data is transmitted to a personal computer which includes a forensic server.</p> |
