PURPOSE: A wallpaper using polyester is provided to ensure sound-absorption and insulation effect. CONSTITUTION: A wallpaper with excellent sound-absorption and insulation is fabricated by performing flame retardant treatment to a wallpaper and covering aluminum oxide film. A method for forming the aluminum oxide film comprises: a step of forming interlayer insulation layer on a wafer; a step of forming an aluminum layer on the interlayer insulation layer; a step of removing a certain part of the aluminum layer to form an aluminum pattern; a step of wet-oxidizing the aluminum pattern; and a step of washing in the wafer. |
