PURPOSE: A seal structure and a seal method of a wire drawing hole are provided to reduce the installation error of a wire by reducing the quantity of components. CONSTITUTION: A seal structure of a wire drawing hole comprises a wire drawing hole(11), an elastic seal member(20), and a bracket(40). The wire drawing hole is formed in a case(10). The elastic seal member is installed in the wire drawing hole. The bracket is fixed to the case and fixes the elastic seal member to the wire drawing hole. The elastic seal member comprises a seal body(21), outer and inner lip units(24,23), and a wire protection unit(25). The seal body has multiple wire insertion holes(22), in which wires(Y) are inserted. The outer lip units are formed on the outer surface of the seal body. The inner lip units are formed on the inner surface of the wire insertion holes. The wire protection unit is formed in the seal body.
