ELECTROCHEMICAL BIOSENSOR AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An electrochemical biosensor and a manufacturing method thereof are intended to provide accurate measurement using a small amount of materials and enable high sensitivity of an electrochemical biosensor to be manufactured with high reproducibility. CONSTITUTION: An electrochemical biosensor(100) comprises a substrate(10), a working electrode(20), and a counter electrode(40). Enzyme reaction occurs at the working electrode. The counter electrode detects electrical output difference from the working electrode. The working electrode comprises a diamond layer, a graphene layer and a metallic nano-particle layer. Dopant is doped on the diamond layer. The graphene layer is formed on the doped diamond layer. The metallic nano-particle layer is formed on the graphene layer.
