PURPOSE: A hangover-reducing medicinal herb composition, and a beverage containing thereof are provided reduce the hangover symptoms of users by mixing specific medicinal herbs in the special composition ratio. CONSTITUTION: A hangover-reducing beverage contains 30-50 parts of medicinal herb extract by weight, 50-70 parts of acer tegmentosum maxim extract, 0.01-0.02 parts of saccharide by weight, and 2-3 parts of acidifying agent by weight. The medicinal herb extract is obtained by hot water extracting 5-7wt% of Lycium chinense, 5-7wt% of arrowroot, 3.4-4.6wt% of cornus fruit, 3.4-4.6wt% of white herbaceous peony, 3.4-4.6wt% of malt, and other medicinal herbs. |
