PURPOSE: A specific primer set for determining rice plant species is provided to quickly and accurately confirm the mixture rate of rice plant. CONSTITUTION: A primer set for determining rice plant species comprises: an oligonucleotide primer set of sequence numbers 1 and 2, sequence numbers 3 and 4, sequence numbers 5 and 6, sequence numbers 7 and 8, sequence numberes 9 and 10, of sequence numbers 11 and 12. The primer set is used in multiplex PCR. A kit for determining rice plant species comprises the oligonucleotide primer set and reagent for performing amplification. A method for determining rice species comprises: a step of isolating genome DNA from rice plant; a step of amplifying the genome DNA using the oligonucleotide primer set; and a step of detecting amplified product. |
