PURPOSE: A flow control valve is provided to precisely control a flow rate by performing the opening/closing operation of a valve using a piezoelectric linear motor. CONSTITUTION: A flow control valve comprises a body(10), first and second covers(20,30), and a linear piezoelectric motor(50). The first cover is fixed to one end of the body. An inflow pipe(22) is connected to the first cover. The second cover is fixed to the other end of the body. A discharge pipe(32) is connected to the second cover. The fluid passes through the flow path(40) of the second cover. The linear piezoelectric motor is arranged in a housing. The linear piezoelectric motor comprises a valve rod(52) and a piezoelectric element. The valve rod controls the opening degree of the flow path.
