PURPOSE: A producing method of noodles using spaghetti squash, and the noodles are provided to use an ilex cornuta leaf extract and the spaghetti squash. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of noodles using spaghetti squash comprises the following steps: boiling the spaghetti squash in water containing ilex cornuta leaf boiled water or an ilex cornuta leaf extract; and softly pressing the boiled spaghetti squash to obtain noodles strips. The ilex cornuta leaf extract is obtained by dipping ilex cornuta leaves or ilex cornuta leaf powder into a solvent, and heating at 30-70 deg C for 3-36 hours before filtering. The solvent is water, low class alcohol having 1-5 carbons, or their mixture. |
