The device has a reinforcement sheet (8) with which an inner grip handle (7) is fixed. An end (8a) of the sheet is fixed to an inner liner (6). Another end (8b) of the sheet is connected to a part of a roof arc (3), which is closer to welded longitudinal edges (4a, 6a) of an outer sheet (4) and the liner located close to a roof (1). A core (5) is extended between the outer sheet and the liner. Two opposite longitudinal edges (5a, 5b) of the core are welded between the edges of the outer sheet and the liner. A lug (12) is connected to the latter end of the sheet.
