The device has a coupling interface allowing division of effluents in a supercritical phase. The interface comprises a thermostated enclosure in which a sampling valve is arranged to sample the effluents in the supercritical phase resulting from dimension, where the sampling valve is provided with sampling loops (1-6). A transfer valve transfers split or not split effluents in the supercritical phase. A bypass comprises a restrictor to transfer the split or not split effluents in the supercritical phase toward separation by a two-dimensional gas chromatography. An independent claim is also included for a method for quantitative analyzing a hydrocarbon matrix.
