The shell (1) has a case (1b) constituting an internal cavity opened inside the shell. An upper part of the case is used for housing and integrating a rolling blind (V). The cavity comprises a projection (1c) with respect to an edge of the shell. The projection acts as a joint plane for fixing a shifted element (2) to seal the cavity receiving a shutter, where the shifted element is equipped with a skimmer. The shifted element comprises a squared cross section with a horizontal wing fixed at a level of the joint plane.
